Robert T. OFlynn

Robert "Toddy" O'Flynn Jr, 72 of (Sorgho) Owensboro died Friday, June 22, 2012.
He was born August 24, 1939. He was a graduate of Daviess Co High School class of 1957. He attended Western Kentucky University and Brescia College. He retired from Texas Gas after serving 32 years from 1960-1992. He was the former owner and operator of Harrolson Seed Company from 1995-1998. His favorite hobbies were Master Gardening, farmers market, the Gold Wing Bikers Association, Geneology and spending winter months in Ft. Myers Beach Florida. He attended Owensboro Christian Church for many years until most recently he attended Cross Point Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents Robert Todd Sr. and Ona Ruth Vickers O'Flynn; a sister, Lana D. O'Flynn and a neice Julie O'Flynn.
Surviving are his fianc, Ruth Bartlett of Owensboro; One loving son, Alan O'Flynn of Owensboro; Three adorable daughters, Debbie (O'Flynn) Walker of Auburn IN, Connie (O'Flynn) Schum of Champaign IL, and her husband Todd, Bonnie "Susie" (O'Flynn) Strode of Bowling Green KY, and her husband Steve; Mary Lois O'Flynn of Owensboro , mother of his four children.
One brother, William "Bill" O'Flynn of Owensboro; two sisters, Betty McLimore McDaniel of Owensboro and Sandra Kaye (Hape) Ray of Florence AL and husband David. His adored Aunt Merle Eaton of Owensboro.

He is also survived by 12 grandchildren: Brant Walker, Todd O'Flynn, Jennifer O'Flynn, Vance Strode, Max Oldham, Andrew O'Flynn, Demi Oldham, Will O'Flynn, Kyle Schum, Hannah Schum, Mattie Strode and Sarah Schum. Two great grandchildren: Shelby O'Flynn and Sienna Walker. Five nieces and nephews; Jeff McLimore, Leslie McLimore, Lana McLimore, Garrick Hape, and Patrick Hape
Visitation is from 3-8 pm on Monday and 10a-12pm Tuesday. Funeral Service is a 12:00pm Tuesday in the chapel of Glenn Funeral Home. Condolences can be made at www.glennfuneralhome.com
