Robert L. Mattingly
October 27, 1921 — June 21, 2002
Mr. Robert ''Bob'' Mattingly, 80, of 1233 Gobler Fod Road, Lewisport, Kentucky, died on June 21, 2002 at Owensboro Mercy Health Systems.
He was a member of Maceo United Methodist Church and the VFW. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.
Mr. Mattingly is survived by his wife of 47 years, Willene Mattingly; a son, joe Mattingly of Trenton, Kentucky; two daughters, Sherry Ogle of Maceo, Kentucky and Charlene Eubanks Jones of Dubai, United Arab Emirates; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one sister, Marian Estes of Maceo, Kentucky.
Services will be held at Glenn Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 25, at 7 p.m. Visitation is at Glenn Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 25, from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. A commital service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 26 at Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
