Robert Roy Hadden

Robert Roy Hadden, 58, of Owensboro passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Mr. Hadden was born in Daviess County on August 22, 1959; worked for Accuride in Henderson for over 25 years; and attended Good Shephard Church . He loved all outdoor activities, especially fishing and boating. Mr. Hadden was preceded in death by his father, Robert Roy Hadden and his step-father, George Hancock.

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Lucille Hancock of Owensboro; sisters, Janet Evans (Harry) of Owensboro and Mary Anderson (Gil) of Omaha; a brother, Dennis Brown of Owensboro; step-brothers, Robert Hancock of Leitchfield and Kenneth Hancock of Louisville; and his true love and great friend, Becky McGee

A celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday February 25, 2018 in the chapel of Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be prior to the service from 2 until 4pm.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to St. Benedicts Shelter in Owensboro.
