Robert Ona Cravens

Mr. Robert O. Bob Cravens, 63, of Owensboro, died Saturday, December 27, 2003, at Owensboro Medical Health System. He was born January 8, 1940, to Charles Alex and Grace Tilford Cravens in Jefferson County, KY. He worked with Southwire for 21 years, was a member of Walnut Memorial Baptist Church, an Air Force veteran, and enjoyed fishing, being on his computer and working on electronic equipment.

Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Bessie Cravens, two daughters, Debra Sue Sutherland of Louisville, and Ronda Lynn Fritch of Owensboro, three grandchildren, Jarred, Kara, and Bobbie Lynn Fritch, three brothers, Lloyd Tilford Cravens of New Albany, IN, Lawrence Bernard Cravens and Ronald Forest Cravens, both of Owensboro, one sister, Barbara Ann Jackson of Knoxville, TN.

Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 30, 2003, at Glenn Funeral Home, with burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00 till 8:00 PM, Monday, and after 10:00 AM Tuesday at the funeral home.
