Robert Lee "Bob" Easy Rider Chenault, 69, of Owensboro, died, January 17, 2015. He was born in Louisville, November 26, 1945 to the late Parvin and Hester Coyle Chenault. Bob was of the Baptist faith. He was a truck driver for more than 40 years. Bob enjoyed NASCAR, UK Basketball, Football, race cars, and building cars. He loved his dogs, Toby, Tasha, Tango, Bandit, and his grandpuppy, Bear. Bob loved to talk and tease, and was a good hearted person who never met a stranger.
Bob was preceded in death by his brother, Kenny Chenault and his dog, Bandit.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Lana Chenault; daughters, Bobbi Ann Chenault (Jerry Phillips) of Owensboro and Linda Faye "Sisi" Chenault Gaw of Lebanon, TN; stepson, Randy Joe Fulkerson (Kim); stepdaughters, Debra Kittinger (Roger), Christina Mattingly (Jeff), and Tammy Ward (Dean), and sister, Carolyn Chenault; one grandson, Jesse Lynn Gaw, ten step-grandchildren, five step great-grandchildren, and one coming any day.
Service will be at 2pm Wednesday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Entombment will follow at Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 2-7pm on Tuesday and after 9am Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to the American Lung Association or the American Association of Kidney Patients.
