Robert Nathaniel Brown, Jr.

Robert Nathaniel Brown, Jr., 69, of Owensboro, passed away on July 15, 2017 at his home. He was born in Daviess Co. on July 27, 1947 to the late Robert N. and Irene Hines Brown, Sr. He was retired from Commonwealth Aluminum and was a member of Tenth Street Baptist Church. Robert was a U. S. Army veteran. He was also preceded in death by three sisters, Barbara Brown in 2007, Shirley Holland in 2011, and Irene Barnes in 2016.

Surviving are two sisters, Laretta Brown and companion John Bullitt of New Albany, IN and Leola McHenry and husband Lawrence of Owensboro, a brother, David H. Brown and wife Teresa of Louisville, and numerous nieces and nephews including Lacisha Brown who was like a daughter to him.

Memorial services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, August 4, at Tenth Street Baptist Church.
