Richard "Richie" Elvin Vertrees Jr., 49, of Owensboro, passed away Thursday May 31, 2018 peacefully at his home. Richie was born November 17, 1968 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Richard E. Vertrees Sr. and Teresa Lanham Johnson.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kelli Rice Vertrees.
Along with his parents, Richie is survived by his son, Levi Vertrees; and sisters, Cindy Vertrees, and Deanna Anderson and her husband, Jay.
