Richard Joseph Keller

Richard "Rick" Joseph Keller, 43, of Paducah went to be with the Lord on April 4, 2014 after passing away unexpectedly from a heart complication. Richard was born in Evansville on January 20, 1971 to Bobby J. and Karen Jarvis Keller. A graduate of Owensboro Senior High, he went on to have a career as a mechanic. When Rick wasn't working on cars, he was out enjoying nature; he loved fishing, hiking, and camping. He was an excellent cook who loved to grill out for family and friends. Rick was a spiritual man who found solace in the Lord and was a member of Settle Memorial United Methodist Church. Most of all Rick loved his family and spending time with his two twin boys.

Rick is preceded in death by his father Bobby "Bob" J. Keller.

Survivors include his sons Bobby and Travis Keller; mother, Karen Jarvis Keller; brother, Eric (Natalie) Keller; grandmother Jane Jarvis; uncle, Mike (Dana) Jarvis; aunt, Brenda (David) Lowery; and companion Angel Clark.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to The Daniel Pitino Shelter.


Services will be 10 am Tuesday April 8, 2014 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Dr. Glenn Sowards officiating. Visitation will be from 4-8 on Monday and after 9 am on Tuesday at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Rosehill Cemetery.
