Renus Frank Ernst

Renus Frank Ernst, 92, of Tell City, IN, formerly of Philpot, passed away on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at Perry Co. Memorial Hospital in Tell City. He was born in Daviess Co., Ky. on July 12, 1917 to the late Frank and Elizabeth Wink Ernst. He was a farmer all his life and a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Catherine Ernst in 1979 and a brother, Joseph Valentine Ernst in 1985.

Surviving are a nephew, Francis Ernst of Tell City, a niece, JoAnna Sims of Troy, IN, a great nephew, Ryan Ernst of Tell City, a great niece, Katelynn Ernst of Evansville, and a great great nephew, Alexander Oakley of Tell City.

Services will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 23 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday and after 8:30 A.M. Wednesday at the funeral home. Prayers will be 5:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
