Remona Gail Masterson

Remona Gail Masterson, 55, of Owensboro, went to be with the Lord Monday, November 14, 2016.
She was born January 29, 1961 in Fordsville, Kentucky.

Remona retired from Owensboro Daviess County Hospital where she had worked as a CNA. She had previously been employed by Hillcrest Nursing and Rehabilitation. Remona was a member of Buck Creek Baptist Church. She loved fishing, playing cards and visiting with family and friends. Most of all, Remona was a loving and caring mother who will be missed by many.

She was preceded in death by her father, Howard D. Stone and step-father, Charles Chappell.

Remona is survived by her husband of 18 years, John Michael Masterson; mother, Vivian Chappell; sister, Melinda Stone; two sons, Charles Taylor (Tammy) and Coy Estes, Jr.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at 10 AM Friday, November 18 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be Thursday from 3-8 PM and Friday after 9 AM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rosehill Cemetery.
