Rejania Kay Ambrose

Rejania Kay Ambrose, 62, of Owensboro, passed away on Monday February 2, 2026, at her home while under the care of Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Kentucky. She was born on December 8, 1963, in Henderson, KY to the late Robert and Linda Littlepage Shelton.

Rejania loved her family with a passion, enjoyed hanging out with them every chance she got, especially her eight grandbabies. She was a very hard worker, could outwork most men, and never seemed to meet a stranger. Rejania also enjoyed going camping, fishing, and going on cruises.

Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Rodney Shelton.

Surviving are her husband of 24 years, Lynn Ambrose; sons, Dewayne (Crystal) Shelton and James (Heather) Shelton; daughters, Victoria (Matt) Forrester and Constance (Patrick) Morales; grandchildren, Hunter, Leo, Conner, Walker, Xander, Lucas, Eiley, and Everest; sisters, Robin Moore and Rhonda Shelton; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The funeral service for Rejania will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, February 6, 2026, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with burial following in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until time of service on Friday at the funeral home.
