Regina L. Mason

Regina L. Mason, of Wayside Dr. East, Owensboro, died Friday, September 26, 2008, at the Owensboro Medical Health System. She was born November 12, 1947 to the late Robert and Mary Lee Rearden Shaver in Daviess County. She was a member of Pleasant Valley Community Church, and enjoyed playing the organ and piano at many churches. She also liked to crochet and arrange flowers.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Edgar "Butch" Mason, Jr.; her son, Darrin Mason and his wife, Stacy of Owensboro, her daughter, Kimberly Mason/Steever and her husband, Troy of Louisville; four grandchildren, Amanda, Tyler, Damon and Cody Mason; two brothers, Charles and Stephen Shaver, both of Owensboro, a sister, Sandy Barrow of Owensboro.

Services will be 10:00 AM Monday, at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM Sunday, and after 8:30 AM Monday at the funeral home.
