Rebecca Kay Griffin

Rebecca Kay Griffin passed away Sunday, August 10, 2008 in Owensboro. Born in Owensboro on December 26, 1946 to the late William Sloan Griffin and Marguerite McNeal Griffin, Ms. Griffin graduated from Sullins College and the University of Colorado. She had been a member of Settle Memorial United Methodist Church and a devoted employee of the Louisville Zoo.

Survivors include her sister, Anne Griffin Sheriff of Owensboro and her nephew, Brandon Sloan Sheriff of Nashville, TN.

A family service will be private. Entombment will be in Christ Chapel Mausoleum at Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
