Reba Eugenia Kizer

Reba Eugenia Jean Kizer, 74, of 3532 Lewis Lane, Owensboro, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2007 at her home. She was born in Tishomingo, Mississippi on June 18, 1932 to the late J. V. & Vera Hellums Blunt. She was a homemaker and a member of Lewis Lane Baptist Church. She had a great devotion to all of her family. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jim Kizer on October 10, 1996 and a sister, Mary Yarbrough in April, -----.

Surviving are her children, a son and his wife, Jamie & Susan Kizer of Collierville, Tn., three daughters, Shelia Kizer, Sonja & husband Ron Kafer, and Mona Coomes, all of Owensboro, nine grandchildren, Jeremy (Jill) Tichenor, Ashley (Chuck) Hookey, Lindsey Kafer, Nick (Suzanne) Kafer, Logan Kafer, Katie & Sara Beth Kizer, Amber Crooks, and Lauren Coomes, four great grandchildren, Jacob & Joshua Tichenor, Landon Hookey, and Taylor Winstead, two sisters, Louise Lenoir of Paris Tx., and Patricia Rhodes of South Haven, Mississippi, a brother, Charles Blunt of Waverly, Tn., and two sisters-in-law, Helen Kerr of Miramar, Fla. and Gene Kizer of Arlington, Va.

Services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, February 15, at Lewis Lane Baptist Church with burial following in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday and from 9:00-10:00 A.M. Thursday at Glenn Funeral Home.
