Reatha Hope Dunn

Reatha Hope "Tommy" Dunn, 85, of Owensboro, died January 1, 2015. She was born February 8, 1929 to the late Jake and Maude Wahl Compton. Tommy was of the Baptist faith. She loved reading. Tommy was a member of the Book of the Month Club for years and also a hostess at the Executive Inn and the Showroom Longue.
Tommy was preceded in death by her son, Ronald D. Grant; and brother, Billy Joe Compton, and companion, Victor Stallings, Sr.
Survivors include her sons, Dwayne Edge, Richard D. Grant (Kathy); daughter, Rita Diane Stephenson (Dave); sisters, Ann Miller (Robbie); grandchildren, Carrie, Kelsey, Chris, Charity, Tom, Nancy, and Nathan; close friend, Tammy Harper; and several nieces and nephews.
Service will be 2pm Sunday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow at Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-7 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
