Ray Clinton Huff

February 19, 1925 — July 31, 2001

Ray C. Huff, 76, of Lafayette, Ind. (formerly of Owensboro), died Tuesday, July 31, 2001, at St Elizabeth Medical Center in Lafayette. The Rantoul, Ill native, retired from Consolidated Industries as a setup man in 1988. He had previously worked at Dynamic Corp in Montmorenci for 28 years where he had become a foreman. He was a member of Southern Missionary Baptist Church more than 40 years and a member of the Griffith Masonic Lodge 735 F&AM. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening and fishing.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Mary Lee Edmonds Huff; a son, David Huff of Monticello, Ind; two daughters, Rhonda Bryant of Danville, Ill and Cheryl Nevrkla of West Lafayette; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; a sister, Altha Flatter of Schererville, Ind.

Funeral services are Saturday, August 4, 2001, at 1 P.M. at the Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the Richards-Loy & Wheeler Funeral Home in Lafayette from 5-8 P.M on Thursday, August 2, and after 11 A.M. on Saturday at the Glenn Funeral Home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Heart Association, American Kidney Association or the American Cancer Society
