Randell Goodwin

September 25, 1915 — June 7, 2003

Randell Goodwin, 87, of Utica, died Saturday, June 7, 2003 at his home. The McLean County native was retired from General Electric where he worked for 26 years. He was a member of the Utica Baptist Church and for many years was a member of the Utica Volunteer Fire Department. He was an Army veteran of World War II. His wife Rosa Mae Higgs Goodwin died in 1998.

He is survived by a son, Hurrol Goodwin of Fairfax, VA; a daughter, Wanda Woolard of Utica; four grandchildren, Cindy Harris and Robin Woolard, II both of Owensboro, and Eric Goodwin and Patrick Goodwin both of Fairfax; and three great-grandchildren, Samantha Harris, Amie Woolard and Trent Woolard all of Owensboro.

Funeral services are 10 A.M. Tuesday, June 10, 2003 at the Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Rosehill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-8 P.M. on Monday and after 8:30 A.M. on Tuesday.

Expressions of symapthy may take the form of donations to the Utica Baptist Church, the Kentucky Baptist Home for Children, or a charity of ones choosing.
