Ralph Nelson Thomas Jr., 75, of Owensboro, passed away June 28, 2018 at Hermitage Care and Rehabilitation Center. He was born May 20, 1943 in Ashland, KY to the late Ralph Nelson Thomas Sr. and Mary Lewis Thomas.
He is survived by a brother, James "Jimmy" Thomas; and a sister, Robin Thomas Smith.
