Rachel Corley Severs, 84, of 2511 Venetian Way, Owensboro, died Friday, June 28, 2002 at Hermitage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
The Hancock County native was a member of Lewis Lane Baptist Church who enjoyed her family, her church as well as quilting and needlework.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, James Severs, two daughters, Jean St. Pierre of Villa Hills, KY and Betty Addington of Owensboro, 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Services are 10 a.m. Monday at Glenn Funeral Home where friends may call from 2 until 6 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. Monday. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Memorial Fund of Lewis Lane Baptist Church.
