Piper Taylor Chaney

Piper Taylor Chaney, precious pixie girl of Travis and Christy Taylor Chaney passed away Monday, January 24, 2011, at Owensboro Medical Health System. A truly wanted child in every way, her life touched and brought together many families. Even at three months of age her gift for gab was astonishing and her smiles could light up a room. She will be joining Ira and Lucy Taylor, Grady and Susie Harreld, Herbert and Josie Chaney, and R.H. and Faye Hardesty.

Survivors include her parents, Travis and Christy Chaney; brother, Ryland Hardesty Chaney; sister, Lucy Jagoe Chaney; grandparents, Glenn and Camilla Taylor and Audie and Lana Chaney; aunts and uncles; Shawn and Gina Chaney and their children, Justin, Steven, Michael and Morgan, Glenn Peyton and Rachael Taylor and their daughter, Addi Kate, and Katherine "Aunt Kat" Taylor; special friend, Ashley, and a host of great aunts, great uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday, January 26, 2011, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Entombment will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens following a private service.
