Phyllis Ann Bolton Westerfield

Phyllis Ann Bolton Westerfield, 66 of Owensboro died Tuesday, December 16, 2003 at her home. She was born in Livermore the daughter of the late Rice and Gladys Willoughby Bolton. She was a homemaker and member of the Third Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a sister, Juanita Bolton Farmer earlier this month.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Dr. Kenneth Westerfield; a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Lisa Westerfield of Bossier City, LA; a daughter, Dr. Traci Jo Westerfield of Lexington; three grandchildren, Joshua Ryan (and wife Jennifer) Westerfield of Whidbey Island, WA, Lindsay Ann Westerfield and Matthew Earl Westerfield of Bossier City, LA; a brother and sister-in-law, James and Carol Ann Bolton of Owensboro; sister and brother-in-law, Kay and Bobby Fraley of Livermore; and a brother-in-law Johnny Farmer of Louisville.

Funeral services are 1:00 P.M. Friday at Glenn Funeral Home where visitation will be from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M.prior to the service. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery in Muhlenberg County.
