Phillip G. Taylor

Phillip G. Taylor, 62, of 3484 Russell Road, Utica died March21 at Owensboro Mercy Health System. He was born in Daviess Co., Ky. He was retired from the Daviess Co. School System after 16 years as a bus driver and maintenance worker. He also worked for C & L Well Service. He was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church and had been a volunteer for the old Pleasant Ridge Fire Dept. He enjoyed rabbit and deer hunting and working around on the farm.
Surviving is his wife of 41 years, Mary Ann Jackson Taylor, a daughter, Donna Ann Stewart of Hartford , a granddaughter, and 2 Sisters, Sharon Neal of Owensboro, and Ruth Rock of Centertown.
Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, March 23, at the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery in Ohio Co., Ky. Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 P.M.
