Peggy J. Clements

Peggy J. Clements, 82, of Owensboro, passed away Sunday, September 13, 2026, under the care of Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Kentucky. She was born July 14, 1944, in Owensboro, to the late Thurman and Daisy Graves Elliott. Peggy was a graduate of Owensboro Catholic High School. She enjoyed crafts, painting, ceramics, and beaded glass work. She even had a small business selling her crafts for many years.

Peggy was an enthusiastic grandmother. Family and friends were very important to her. When the occasion arose, she would enjoy a glass of fine wine or bourbon with others.

Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Aloysius Clements, and her two sons, Jeffrey Scott Clements, and Mark Clements.

Peggy is survived by her daughter, Cindy Lamb; grandchildren, Kyle Clements, Jeremy Lamb, Smantha Lamb, and Jessi Lamb; great-grandchildren, Piper Lamb, Tyler Lamb, Paisley Clements, Destiny Clements, and Bentley Clements; and a sister, Carol Arrington (J.C.).

A visitation for Peggy J. Clements will be held from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
