Paula Kaye Knott

Paula Kaye Knott, of Owensboro, peacefully passed away May 21, 2024, at home.  She was born October 6, 1947, in Owensboro to the late Oscar Woodson and Christine Moore Rudd.  Paula was a member of Settle Memorial United Methodist where she was a part in helping others create prayer shawls. Paula loved going to watch the Owensboro Symphony where she retired as their Office Manager.  After retirement, she worked at The Bakers Rack for several years.  

Family was important to Paula.  She loved spending time with them and watching her grandchildren grow up.  She also enjoyed walking to the barn and seeing her cats that she cared for and crocheting when time allowed.

Paula is survived by her husband, Joseph “Joe” W. Knott; sister, Donna (Kenny) Amick; stepsons, Camron (Nikki Castlen) Knott and Eric (Carrie Murphy) Knott; grandchildren, Keagan, Kassidy, Konner, Kiera, Kate, Patrick, and Molly and niece, Susan Bailey.

The funeral service will be 12:00 Tuesday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory where visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m.  Burial will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery.
