Paula Frailley, 55, of 1026 N. County Road, 450 West, Rockport, IN, died Saturday, July 31, 2004, at St. Marys Medical Center in Evansville. She was born March 20, 1949 to the late Dean O. and Betty Parker James in Daviess County. She was formerly a nurse at Owensboro Medical Health System working in several different departments, and had spent her life in health care. She was a member of Owensboro Christian Church, Tri-State Multiple Sclerosis Society, and former member of the Ky. Nurses Association. Paula loved horseback riding, reading, camping and caring for people, she enjoyed being with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Richard G. Frailley of Rockport; one son Brian, and his wife Pam Frailley of Maceo; two daughters, Beth Dennis and her husband Robert of Owensboro, Bridget Maxie and her husband Shawn of Paducah; three grandchildren, Brianna Nicole Frailley, Emilee Hope Dennis and Evan Scott Dennis; step-mother, Marie B. James of Owensboro; three brothers, Dr. Steven James of San Diego, CA, John M. James of Vienna,VA, Patrick L. James of Salt Lake City, UT; one step-brother, David E. Ford of Philpot; one step-sister, Susan VanBusKirk of Nashville, TN;
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, at Owensboro Christian Church, with burial in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00 until 8:00 PM Tuesday at Glenn Funeral Home, and after 10:00 AM Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Tri-State Multiple Sclerosis Society.
