Paula Kaye Calloway

Paula Kaye Calloway, 56, of Owensboro, passed away Friday, March 17, 2017 under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. She was born in Owensboro to the late Joseph and Ruth Brown Alvey.

Paula earned a degree in accounting from Owensboro Community College and most recently worked as a loan officer at First Security Bank. She was previously employed by J.C. Penney. Paula was a hard working mother who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She will be missed by many.

Paula is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Mason of South Carolina; sons, Doug Mason and William L. Thomas, both of Owensboro; nine grandchildren; sisters, Becky Newberry of Las Vegas and Sherry Taylor of St. Cloud; a brother, Joe Alvey of Kissimmee, FL; several nieces and nephews; many special friends, including Karen Hein and Pat and Lucille Fulkerson, all of Owensboro.

Services were held at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
