Patti Cowgell Mulloy

Patti Cowgell Mulloy, 74, of Owensboro, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2016 at her home in Delray Beach, Florida. She was born April 25, 1941 in Daviess Co, to the late Byrldean and Arthur Cowgell Jr. Patti, the third of four daughters, was a Tri-Delta sorority member at University of Kentucky, a graduate of Owensboro High School, a homemaker, and member of the First Presbyterian Church of Delray Beach. Patti gave generously of her time and savings to many charitable Christian organizations here in the United States and around the globe. She loved traveling, painting, playing tennis and interior decorating. Patti was a loving grandmother to her grandchildren, and was also adored and respected by everyone who met or knew her. Her beautiful smile and her kind words for others were ever present through good times and bad. Her positive outlook and compassion for others will be very much missed.

Surviving her is her son, Charles H. Stevenson Jr.; daughter in-law, Peggy Silva Stevenson; grandchildren, Ariel Blue Stevenson and Leah Bay Stevenson; sisters, Joy Jenkins of Owensboro, Donna Johnson and husband Jim of Louisville, Jane Cowgell of Delray Beach, Florida; along with numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A private service will be held at 9:00 AM Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Bro. Eddie Duke officiating. Burial will follow in Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
