Patsy B. Payne

Patsy B. Payne, 66, of 1041 Worthington Road, Owensboro, went home to be with the Lord on May 18, 2009. She was born June 27, 1942 in Daviess County to the late Gilbert and Thurlow (Miller) Brown. She was a retired nurse and a member of Pleasant Memorial Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of almost 50 years; William "Bill" Payne, a daughter; Trisha L. Gaddis and husband Jody, a grandson; Dylan, and a brother; Larry Brown and wife Kandi of Greenville.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at Glenn Funeral Home with Revs. Larry Davis and Larry Burris officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. and after 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to The Arc of Owensboro Inc.
