Patrick Hamilton Shively

Patrick Hamilton Shively, 22, of 445 Autumn Lake Trail, Franklin, Tennessee died Monday, April 2, 2001 at his home. The son of William E. Shively and Brenda Hardesty Shively, he was born on February 12, 1979 in Paducah, Kentucky.

Mr. Shively was a student at Centennial High School in Franklin, TN and had previously attended the Harris-Hillman Special School in Nashville. He was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church in Nashville, TN.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Michael Shively & Benjamin Shively, both of Albuquerque, NM and Christopher Shively of Franklin, TN; a Maternal Grandmother, Dorothy Hardesty of Owensboro; and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Friday, April 6, 2001 at Blessed Mother Catholic Church, officiated by Father Freddie Byrd. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. His family will receive friends from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2001 and after 10:00 a.m. Friday at Glenn Funeral Home. Prayers will be said at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2001.
