Patrick Joseph Mountain

Patrick Joseph Mountain, age 57, of Knoxville, TN, formerly of Owensboro, Kentucky, died suddenly March 19, 2015 at his home. Patrick was a charter member of All Saints Catholic Church, Knoxville, a member of the Knights of Columbus and served as a church greeter, usher, Eucharistic Minister and in general, a "can do" guy. He was a graduate of Owensboro Catholic High School in 1975 and Western Kentucky University in 1979. As a computer specialist, he worked in Oak Ridge, TN for thirty years and later with University of Tennessee.

Patrick is survived by his two children, Faith Caitlin and Daniel Patrick Mountain, both of Knoxville, TN; parents, John and Patricia Mountain of Owensboro; six brothers, J. Michael (Maryanne) of Owensboro, David (Diane) of Baltimore, MD, James of Knoxville, TN, Thomas (Shirl) of Evansville, Richard (Andrea) of Niceville, FL and William (John) of Atlanta, GA; and twenty-three nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday, March 26, 11:00 AM, at Immaculate Catholic Church.
Fr. Tony Jones will officiate. Burial will be at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 until 7 PM, with prayers at 6:15 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
