Patricia Louise Ballard Nall

Patricia Louise Ballard Nall, 79, of Owensboro, passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at the Heartford House under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky.  She was born May 31, 1944 in Daviess County to the late Dennis and Martine Westerfield Ballard.  Patricia was retired as a speech pathologist and was a member of St. Stephen Cathedral where she had been very active.  She enjoyed traveling in the United States and her trips to Europe.  Patricia enjoyed cooking and trying new recipes, spending time with her two grandchildren, and especially loved working with the many children in her profession.

Patricia is survived by her two daughters, Angela Mason and Allison Nall, both of Owensboro; two grandchildren, McKenna and Sophia Mason of Owensboro;  a sister, Rosemary Wathen and husband Tony of Kearney, Nebraska; two brothers, Robert Ballard and wife Joyce and Joseph Ballard and wife Rita, all of Owensboro; and several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass for Patricia will be at Noon Thursday at St. Stephen Cathedral.  Her final resting place will be at Resurrection Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 3 PM until 7 PM Wednesday with prayers at 6:30 PM and from 10 AM until 11:30 AM Thursday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Heartford House and Hermitage Nursing and Rehabilitation for the love and compassionate care they gave Patricia.
