Omer "Jeff" James Jeffrey

Omer "Jeff" James Jeffrey Jr., 58, passed away April 23, 2016 at home. Born in Los Angeles, CA July 18, 1957 to Omer J. Jeffrey Sr., and Jennene Jeffrey, Jeff and his wife Brenda are the owners of and ministered through Broken Pieces Home Remodeling. He attended Legacy Church and Church Alive. Jeff loved Jesus first and foremost and shared that same love with all who he came in contact with. He was an evangelist and a missionary around the world, however he most enjoyed his trips to Nigeria. A carpenter by trade, Jeff spent a lot of time at Lowes and quickly became known as the "Lowes Preacher". He was loved by many, and was a bright and shining light to everyone.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Brenda; children, Josh Jeffrey, Joel Jeffrey, David Jeffrey and his fiancé Sarah, Miriam Jeffrey Hindman and her husband Michael, Sarai Johnson, Zack Kelley, and Amanda Sermon and her husband Chad; Fourteen grandchildren; mother, Jennene Jeffrey and father, Omer Jeffrey Sr.; sisters, Diana Breshears and her husband Buddy, Teresa Skinner and her husband Gorden; brother, Michael Jeffrey and his wife Angela.

Services will be 12:00 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Bro. Keith Poglitsch officiating. Visitation will be 2:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday and after 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Elmwood Cemetery.
