Olivia Dawn Stevens

Olivia Dawn Stevens, 5, of 3128 Chickasaw Drive, Owensboro, died Thursday, December 19, 2002 at her home. She was born in Daviess County, Kentucky on April 28, 1997 the daughter of Michael and Alisa Simpson Stevens.

Miss Stevens was in Kindergarden at Tamarack Elementary. She enjoyed dance, school, playing outside, being around people, and attending youth programs at Owensboro Christian Church.

Survivors include her parents, Michael R. and Alisa D. Stevens of Owensboro; a brother, Forrest M. Stevens, at home; maternal Grandparents, David & Joyce Simpson of Owensboro; paternal Grandmother, Barbara Southerland of Owensboro; maternal Great-Grandparents, Cecil & Blanche Tucker of Owensboro; Maternal Great-Grandfather, Chester Bowlds of Owensboro; six uncles; six aunts and 17 cousins.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 22, 2002 at Owensboro Christian Church, officiated by Myke Templeton. Entombment will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Her family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, December 21, 2002 and after 12:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
