Ola Mae Grace

Ola Mae Grace, 92, of Owensboro, passed away Saturday, April 23,2005, at the Carmel Home. She had taught in Christian County, Daviess County and in the Owensboro City School System and retired from Newton Parrish Elementary School. A former member of Kappa Gamma Honorary Teachers and a member of several other educational organizations she had taught the Fellowship Class at Settle Memorial for several years. She graduated from Crofton High School, Peabody University and Western Kentucky University and was a member of Good Shepherd Church. Her parents, Charles M. and Lilly Jane Crick Grace preceded her in death.

She is survived by two nieces, Dorothy Foster of Graham, KY and Joyce Trevena of Nashville, TN; and a great-niece, Estelle Corn of West Louisville.

Services will be at Glenn Funeral Home on Monday, April 25, 2005 at 10 a.m. Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home, from 6-7 p.m. on Sunday at the Carmel Home and after 9 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Burial service will be on Monday at 2 p.m. in Coles Chapel in Christian County.
