Norma Jean Velotta

Norma Jean Velotta, 66 of Owensboro passed away suddenly April 2, 2016 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born May 30, 1949 in Muhlenberg County to the late Tommy and Geleta McGinley Jackson. Mrs. Velotta was employed for many years in Housekeeping at OHRH. She loved her dog, Zoe, traveling with her husband, and watching TV, especially "Lock Up". Norma will also be remembered as being comical and having a great sense of humor.

Mrs. Velotta was also preceded in death by her husband, Nick Velotta in 2005 and brothers, Roger and Phillip Jackson.

Survivors include her daughter, Nickie Glenn and husband Bobby of Owensboro; grandchildren, Jordan Howard, Austin Glenn, and Nicole Glenn; brothers, Tommy Jackson of Louisville and Michael Harper and wife Tammy of Central City.

Condolences may be expressed Tuesday, April 5 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Private entombment to follow at Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
