Norene Bertram Bradley

Norene Bertram Bradley, 81, of 620 Fairfax Drive, Owensboro, died Wednesday, January 23, 2002 at Owensboro Mercy Health System. She was born in Lee County, Kentucky on December 23, 1920 the daughter of Brady and Sadie Flowers Bertram. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Bradley on February 5, 1998; and a daughter, Barbara Edwards in 1969.

She was a homemaker, a member of Walnut Memorial Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing.

Survivors include three sons, Alfred Nolan Bradley of Rock Island, IL, Jerry Lee Bradley of St. Peters, MO and Carl Richard Bradley of Worden, IL; a son-in-law, Duane Martin Edwards of Antioch, CA; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bill Bertram of Cincinnati and Alvin Bertram of Cookeville, TN; and two sisters Alice Ratermann of Cookeville, TN and Lee Struss of Bartow, FL.

Funeral services will be 9:00 a.m. Friday, January 24, 2002 at Walnut Memorial Baptist Church in Owensboro, officiated by Brother Odell Beauchamp and Brother Bill Casten. Burial will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday in Oak Grove Cemetery in Hillsboro, IL. Her family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 24, 2002 at Glenn Funeral Home.
