Nora Lou Dona Wigginton

Nora Wigginton, 73, of 924 Elsmere Street, Owensboro, died Tuesday, April 10, 2007, at Kindred Hospital in Louisville. She was born September 1, 1933 to the late Claude and Nettie Fuqua Sumner in Ohio County. She had worked as a private nurse and was a member of the Baptist Faith. She designed jewelry, worked on watches and clocks and also worked as a waitress for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Wigginton on February 18, 1998.

Survivors include her daughters, Connie Craig and her husband, Bro. George Craig of Owensboro, Janis Smith and her husband, Jerry Smith of Philpot; her son, Charles E. Wigginton of Owensboro; ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
