Nina R. Isbell

Nina R. Isbell. 93, of Smyrna, TN, formerly of Owensboro, passed away Monday, December 18, 2023, at home in Smyrna, TN. Born June 5, 1930, in Daviess County, Mrs. Isbell was the last surviving child of the late Columbus Taylor and Eunice Nichols Taylor. She was married to Estle S. Isbell for 52 years prior to his passing in 2005. She was retired from Owensboro Mercy Health System and was a member of Crabtree Avenue Baptist Church. She enjoyed country music and spending time with her great-grandchildren.

She is survived by three sons, Dan Isbell of Huntsville, AL, Jimmy Jarboe of Owensboro, and John Isbell of Smyrna, TN, and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are private, with burial at Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
