Neen Elaine DeArmond Peay

Neen Elaine Peay, 72, of 5058 Backsquare Drive, died Wednesday, December 18, 2002 at her residence. Her husband, Thurmon O. Peay, preceded her in death in 1976.

The Muhlenburg County native was a member of the Church of Christ. She was the Valedictorian of her graduating class from Dunmor High School. She loved caring for and visiting with her family.

She is survived by three sons; Steven O. Peay of Reed and Mark and Brian Peay both of Owensboro; five daughters, Patty Epley, Rita Boehman, Teresa Majors, Roxanne Collier and Kimberly Jo Taylor all of Owensboro; one brother, Tommy DeArmond of Indianapolis; five sisters, Yvonne Brigance of Owensboro, Mary Baugh of Newburgh, Wanda Peay of Evansville, Mildred Day and Margaret Doris both of Dunmor; thirteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Glenn Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 4 8 p.m. on Friday and after 10 a.m. on Saturday at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Online condolences may be made at www.glennfuneralhome.com.
