Nadine M. Shock, 87, of Owensboro, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born in Henderson, Kentucky to the late Charles and Magdalene Stone McCauley.
Mrs. Shock was a homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother who “checked all the boxes.” She treasured time with family and especially enjoyed cooking for them. Nadine attended The Father’s House church in Owensboro, was an avid collector and a dedicated U.K. Basketball fan. She will be missed by many.
Mrs. Shock was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Ernest F. Shock in 2022.
She is survived by five children, Tim (Diann) Shock, Debbie (Mike) Best, Sheila (Tom) Williams, Melissa (Terry) Seaton, all of Owensboro, and Roger David Shock of New York, NY; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a brother, Jack McCauley of Shelbyville, IN; and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be at 12:00 PM Monday, February 17 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory where visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Burial will be at Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
