Myrl Dean Hardin Estes, 66, of Owensboro died, Sunday, August 18, in Leisure Years Nursing Home.
She was a member of Walnut Memorial Baptist Church, she retired from American Olean Tile Company, she enjoyed flowers, gardening, and sports, especially the St. Louis Cardinals, the 49ers, and the Kentucky Wildcats.
Ms. Estes is survived by a daughter, Connie Payne of Owensboro; a son, Ronald Estes of Owensboro; two sisters, Cora Blankenship and Bessie Roberts both of Owensboro; and 2 grandchildren.
Services will be at Glenn Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 20, at 2:30 p.m. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday, August 19, from 3 until 8 p.m. and again on Tuesday after 9 a.m. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
Expressions of Sympathy may take the form of Donations to the Hospice Association.
