Murlin Bryant Baird

Murlin Bryant Baird, Jr., 77, of Owensboro passed away Friday, November 13, 2015 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born to the late Murlin B. Baird, Sr. and Helen Cook Baird.
Murlin was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of First Baptist Church. He had worked as a painter for Ernest Cook Painting before employment at Terminex and Owensboro Grain. Murlin enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially with his son, Robbie.
Murlin was preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Bonnie Burden Baird in 2003; a son, Robbie Baird in 2011; a sister, Carolyn Boone and brothers, Donald and Larry Baird.
He is survived by daughters, Darla Brown (Keith) of Bee Spring, KY, Dana Beazley (David) of Ashland City, TN and Kami Payne (Fiance, Michael Tarrance) of Owensboro; 7 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The arrangements are private. Burial will be at Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
