Monia Jean Petticord Foulke, 81, of Owensboro died Friday, June 18, 2004 at the Owensboro Mercy Health System. Born February 24, 1923, Mrs. Foulke was a homemaker and a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses. Mrs. Foulke was an accomplished dressmaker and enjoyed crafts and was a member of the Happy Hookers Crocheting Club. She was preceded in death by two husbands , Basil Ed Foulke and John Hart, a son, Ricky Hart, and a step-son, James E. Foulke.
She is survived by two sons, Gary (and his wife Pinki) Hart and Johnny (and his wife Alice) Hart both of Owensboro; a daughter, Tammy (and her husband Frankie) Froehlich of Lewisport; two step-daughters, Barbara (and her husband Bruce) Glover of Hawesville and Janice Hall of Antoch, TN; a step-daughter-in-law, Nancy Foulke of Owensboro; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; and 11 step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are 11 A.M. Monday, June 21, 2004 at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 2-6 P.M. on Sunday and after 9 A.M. on Monday.
