Mittie Mae Shelton Mangold

Mittie Mae Shelton Mangold, 73, of Owensboro passed away Friday, November 18, 2005 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. Born in Daviess County August 26, 1932, Mrs. Mangold was the daughter of the late Ivo and Clora Pryor Shelton, She had worked in retail sales at S.W. Andersons Department Store; was of the Baptist faith; and enjoyed quilting . She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack A. Mangold and brothers, M.C Shelton, Thomas Shelton, Woodrow Shelton, Robert Shelton, William Thurman Shelton, Homer Shelton, Elmer Shelton, Hubert Shelton, and Delbert Shelton and sisters, Lucille Phillips and Martha Greathouse.

Survivors include her son, Anthony Ray Bledsoe of Louisville and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are 2 P.M. Sunday, November 20, 2005 at Glenn Funeral Home with Rev. Dorothy Todd officiating. Burial will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2-6 P.M. on Saturday and after 12 Noon on Sunday.
