Mitchell "Mitch" Brown

Mitchell "Mitch" Andrew Brown, 63, of Maceo, passed away on Wednesday December 14, 2016, while under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. Born to David "D.B." and Annie (Gipe) Brown, Mitch was employed at Data Mail in Evansville, In. and a member of First Christian Church, where he served as deacon. He enjoyed U.K. basketball and bass fishing. Mitch was preceded in death by, his father, mother and eldest brother, David Lewis Brown.
Surviving, are the love of his life and wife of 42 years, Naomi (Wilkerson) Brown. Their son Christopher (Stacey) Brown. One sister Sarah (Jody) Warren of San Antonio, TX. four brothers, James (Judy) Brown of Marshall VA, William "Billy" (Angie) Brown of Huntsville AL, Lee (Karen) Brown of Killeen TX, Charles (Janice) Brown of Owensboro, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Tuesday, December 20 at 2:00 pm at First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10:00-2:00 at the church. Private innichement will be at Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
