Mildred Helene Hurd Baker

Mildred Helene Hurd Baker, 88, of Utica, died Wednesday, June 11, 2003 at the Professional Care Health and Rehabilitation Center in Hartford. The Hayden, Col. native was a member of the Greeley Wesleyan Church and retired from the First National Bank in Greeley where she was a teller. She loved to play golf, had attained a Life Masters Ranking in Bridge, and enjoyed knitting. Her husband, Orville Baker, preceded her in death in 1997.

She is survived by two sons, Phillip Baker of Utica and Rex Baker of Providence, RI; a sister, June Jackson of Bull Head City, AZ, and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 12:30 P.M. Saturday, June 14, 2003 at Christ Chapel, Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Glenn Funeral Home from 10 A.M. to 12 Noon on Saturday.
