Michael Glenn "Moo" Aldridge II

Michael Glenn “Moo” Aldridge II, 48, of Owensboro, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at his home.  He was born December 26, 1975 in Daviess County.  Michael was a member of Pleasant Valley Community Church and was a graduate of Mesquite Academy in Mesquite, Texas.  Michael loved making people laugh and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.  He was loved by his wife Rhiannon and they were each others saving grace and he loved his son Weston very much.  He enjoyed listening to contemporary Christian music, playing pool, and traveling on their monthly road trips.

 Michael was preceded in death by grandparents, William and Ruby Aldridge, and Joseph William Loyd, an aunt, Doris Hagan, and mother and father-in-law, Bro. L. C. and Nadine Gray.

 Surviving are his wife, Rhiannon Gray Aldridge; son, Weston Durham of Central City; parents, Mike and Tammie Aldridge and Belinda and David Libbert, all of Owensboro; grandmother, Norma Jean Loyd of Maceo; siblings, Jenifer (Kevin) Henderson of Owensboro, Jaclyn Aldridge of Scottsville, and Blake and Dayne Parker, both of Texas; brothers-in-law, Nicholas Adams of Princeton and Kenny Rager (Taran) of Elizabethtown; Honorary mother and father-in-law, Anita and Wayne Belle of Providence; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

 Funeral services will be Noon Monday, June 10, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.  Burial will follow in Owensboro Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be from 2 PM until 6 PM Sunday and from 9 AM until the time of the service Monday at the funeral home.
