Melissa Dawn Russell

Melissa Russell, 27, of 649 Chuck Gray Court, Owensboro, died December 26, 2005 at her home. She was born December 11, 1978, the daughter of Ronald Russell and Cindy Sheriff. She attended Owensboro Christian Church, enjoyed attending Camp Marc, listening to county music, playing video games, watching Crocodile Hunter and her cat, Patches.

She is survived by her mother and step-father, Cindy and Ed Sheriff of Owensboro, her father, Ron Russell of Owensboro; a brother, Sam Russell, maternal grandparents, John and JoAnn Tabb, paternal grandmother, Mary Russell all of Owensboro; an aunt, Patty Sears, of Newburgh, IN and an uncle, Mike Tabb of Little Rock, AR.

Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday at Glenn Funeral Home with visitation from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Thursday and after 9:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
