Maxine Conrad, 68, of Owensboro, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville. She was born January 29, 1950 in Covington to the late Leslie and Deloris Martin Cram. Maxine was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Her family was very special to her and she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a very compassionate and caring person who always put others first. Maxine enjoyed reading, cooking and baking especially Christmas cookies and loved her dog Rascal. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Roger Conrad on July 17, 1996, and two brothers, Glen Cram and Michael Cram.
Surviving are her children, Melanie Dawn Hall and husband Aaron of Philpot and Dallas Dale Conrad and wife Bethany of Owensboro, five grandchildren, Serena, Seth, and Grace Hall, and Felicity and Rose Conrad, a brother, Jack Cram and wife Angela of Florence, a sister, Dollie Berkshire of Florence, two sisters-in-law, Sandy Cram and Judy Cram, both of Florence, and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service for Maxine Conrad will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 19, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with burial following in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
