Matilda "Tilly" Ann Elliott

Matilda “Tilly” Ann Elliott gained her angel wings and went to heaven on August 19, 2026. She was born February 9, 2026, at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. From the very beginning, Tilly was a fighter and lived up to the meaning of her name, Matilda, which means “mighty in battle.”

Tilly was a miracle child. She was one of a kind and had a personality all her own. She was strong, determined and, as her hospital family would lovingly say, a little “spicy.” She loved her bunny, her giraffe and her sweet berry ChapStick. Those little things brought her comfort and quickly became part of what made Tilly so special to the people who loved her.

Her time here was much too short, but Tilly made a lasting place in the hearts of her family and everyone who cared for her. She was deeply loved, and the memories made with her will always be treasured.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving parents, Macie and Trent Elliott; big brothers, Maverick and Ryder Elliott; grandparents, Kimberly and Keith Pledger and Stacey and Andy Elliot; along with her aunts, uncles, cousins and her Cincinnati Children’s family.

Visitation for Tilly will be Monday, August 24, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. A private service will be held at a later date.

The family asks that everyone attending wear pink in honor of Tilly.
